Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. Clients may cancel their appointment at least one hour in advance of their scheduled time to receive a full refund. If less than one hour's notice is given, a partial refund of 50% will be offered. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the scheduled appointment time. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who fails to adhere to our Cancellation Policy. We understand that unexpected events may occur, and we strive to accommodate our clients’ needs as best as we can. We kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling your appointment.
