Our privacy policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we use that information and the rights you have to access and control your data. We strive to ensure your data is secure and your privacy is respected at all times.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites which may have their own privacy policies and use of information. We encourage customers to read the privacy policies of these third-party websites before providing any personal information.  We do not control the content or security of third-party websites that our customers may access from our website. We cannot be held responsible if our customers’ information is compromised when using third-party websites. Our customers should be aware of the security measures and privacy policies in place on these websites before they use any third-party services. Furthermore, third-party websites may use cookies and other technologies to collect and store data. We do not control these cookies, and our customers should check the privacy policy of each third-party website they access to understand how they use cookies. We may also have an affiliate program with certain third-party websites. If our customers are redirected to an affiliate’s website to complete certain transactions such as document drafting and payment, they should be aware that the affiliate may have access to some of their information. Our customers should always take the necessary steps to protect their information when using third-party websites.

Information collected when you use the site may include the following:

Information that you provide directly to us. For certain activities, such as when you schedule an appointment, download our document templates, or contact us directly, we may collect some or all of the following types of information:

Contact information, such as your full name, email address, mobile phone number, and address; Username and password; and Any other information you provide to us.

We may combine such information with information we may already have about you.

Information we collect automatically. We may collect certain information automatically when you use our Site, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, device and advertising identifiers, browser type, operating system, Internet service provider, pages that you visit before and after using the Site, the date and time of your visit, information about the links you click, the pages you view, the general manner in which you navigate the Site, and other standard server log information.  We may also collect certain location information when you use our Site, such as your computer’s IP address, your mobile device’s GPS signal, or information about nearby WiFi access points and cell towers.
