Legal professionals always use the phrase as follows: "Draft a brief" or "Draft a letter." Paralegals shall only draft documents within their scope of practice. (Any contract or agreement valued above the Ontario Small Claims Courts' monetary limits or jurisdiction is beyond the scope of a paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario.
