Notarization

A Notary Public has all the powers of a Commissioner for taking Oaths and Affidavits. In Ontario Canada, they are designated by virtue of office and their authority does not expire.

  • A notary can verify that signatures, marks, and copies of documents are true and genuine.

  • They can also witness, attest to and certify documents like Wills and Power of Attorney.

  • Notarized documents can be used locally within Canada as well as internationally.

  • Documents that are notarized for international use may require authentication. Please consult with the recipient, prior to booking your appointment.

How does the notary signing process work?

  1. Book and pay online. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

  2. Print your document and take it along with a valid photo I.D. to your appointment on the scheduled date.

  3. The notary confirms the identity of the deponent and then the signing begins.

  4. Once completed, the signed document is returned to you
