Notarization
A Notary Public has all the powers of a Commissioner for taking Oaths and Affidavits. In Ontario Canada, they are designated by virtue of office and their authority does not expire.

-
A notary can verify that signatures, marks, and copies of documents are true and genuine.
-
They can also witness, attest to and certify documents like Wills and Power of Attorney.
-
Notarized documents can be used locally within Canada as well as internationally.
-
Documents that are notarized for international use may require authentication. Please consult with the recipient, prior to booking your appointment.
